Motivation

As a solo founder, I wanted to prove I could launch a useful AI product in 30 days. Here’s how I did it step by step.

Week 1: Planning

• Defined a clear pain point: long YouTube videos are hard to digest
• Decided to build a tool that summarizes them into blog-style content
• Set the MVP scope and deadlines

Week 2–3: Building

1. Built the frontend with React and Firebase Auth
2. Integrated OpenAI’s GPT-4o for video summarization
3. Launched on Firebase Hosting and tested with friends

Week 4: Launch & Feedback

• Designed a simple landing page with SEO in mind
• Shared on Product Hunt and social media
• Got user feedback and refined the UX
